Experience-Based Education

Located in the Compass, 142 Campus Center

The Office of Experience-Based Education offers a full range of credit-bearing internship positions to SUNY Oswego undergraduate and graduate students. We hold weekly Orientation Workshops that introduce students to our various programs and assist students in the internship search.  An internship can provide insight into your major, allow you to explore other majors, as well as put you a step above the rest when applying for jobs after graduation. Students may apply for positions on campus, in the Central New York area, at sites in the major metropolitan areas, or even overseas.

Past SUNY Oswego Students have completed internships at the following organizations:  Al Roker Productions, Buffalo Zoo, Clear Channel Communications, Days of Our Lives, Entergy, Internal Revenue Service, The New York Yankees, Walt Disney World and More!
