Conflict Studies and Management

The interdisciplinary Conflict Studies and Management minor at SUNY Oswego is designed to introduce students to the concepts involved in alternative dispute resolution. The minor is open to all students, who may choose one of three concentrations:

  • Interpersonal Conflict, which focuses on interactions among individuals
  • Social Conflict, which emphasizes race, ethnicity, gender, and class relationships
  • Transnational Conflict, which deals with states' and organizations' politics
